Student Complaint Policy

Dear Students:
RGV Careers An Institute for Higher Learning has a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). The TWC-Assigned school number is: S2833. RGV Careers An Institute for Higher Learning programs of study are approved and regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission Career Schools and Colleges – Austin, Texas, and Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, Regulatory Services Division, Nurse Aide Training (NATCEP), Motivation Education & Training (MET), Texas Board of Nursing, Texas Veterans Commission and Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools. Students must address their concerns about this school or any of its educational programs by following the grievance process outlined in the school’s catalog. Students dissatisfied with this school’s response to their complaint or who are not able to file a complaint with the school, can file a formal complaint with TWC, as well as with other relevant agencies or creditors, if applicable.
