Become a CNA In As Little As 4 Weeks: Admissions Requirements: • Be at least 17 years of age (applicants under the age of 18 require written permission from a parent or legal guardian in order to enroll) • Present proof of secondary education(high school diploma or GED certificate) Program Description: The purpose of this 4 week, 80 hour comprehensive nurse aide course is to provide the skills and abilities essential to the provision of basic care to homebound patients, residents in hospitals and long term facilities. Graduates of this program may find employment as a Certified Nurse Aide/Home Health Aide in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Adult Day Care Centers and Home Health Agencies. Upon satisfactory completion of this 4 week Nurse Aide course, the student will receive a School Certificate of Completion. This will allow the student to take the certification exams and be eligible to receive the nurse aide certification (CNA) by the State of Texas and the Home Health Aide Certification.
